I am very happy with Harmony Land Holdings. I spoke with Russell and he explained the process and he gave me an all cash offer! I explained to him that I live in Costa Rica and that the land is in Florida and he said that he has done many international closings and that he can get this done for me. We did run into some problems with the title company at first. Russell was not deterred and he moved the transaction over to another title company that was able to close the transaction for us. He is a great problem solver. I am very happy with the service.

I found Harmony Land Holdings during an internet search for land buying companies. They were one of many that I reached out to but the only one that responded to me. I’m so thankful they did. Russ and his team were a pleasure to work with. They helped me sell a difficult piece of property. It took a couple of months but it was worth it. I appreciate all that they did and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future.
We had been trying to sell some vacant land in Michigan for a number of years, since we now live in Tennessee. Harmony Land Holdings (Russ Williams) made an offer which we felt was quite acceptable…then the problems started! The land was titled to a Trust that was no longer in force! After a month of dealing with a Title company a solution was finally reached and we closed on the sale. During that entire time, Mr. Williams remained patient, professional and kept in touch with us up to the closing! Kudos to him and Harmony Land Holdings…a pleasure doing business with them!

Russ took a day or two to get back to me with his offer which we both felt was a fair price for the land and a quick Cash closing.
